Generated Content

Videos created using our platform are licensed to you for commercial use, subject to your subscription plan. AI-generated elements may be subject to additional terms from our AI providers.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Create misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated tools to access our services without permission

7. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Videos containing AI-generated images will include a watermark or disclosure indicating the use of AI. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding AI content disclosure in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

WedeoCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to videos and content may be revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
